Webhook Configuration
Configure webhooks in Shopify to automatically import orders

Configuration steps:

    Go to Shopify Admin → Settings → Notifications

    Scroll to Webhooks and click Create webhook

    Select the event Order payment
  4. 4
    Paste the webhook URL above and select JSON as format

    Click Save

Shopify orders automatically get the format:

SH#1234

Where 1234 is the Shopify order number

This fetches all active products from Shopify and creates or updates them in the PIM.

Historical Orders Import
Import orders placed before the webhook configuration

Only paid orders will be imported. Orders that already exist will be skipped.
